TERMS

  • Credit Card or Net 30 days for approved accounts
  • All orders are subject to credit approval
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Cards for your convenience
  • Past due accounts may be assigned a late fee of 1½% per month finance charge (APR of 18%) and put on a credit hold.
  • If account goes to collections customer will be responsible for collection and/or attorney fees
  • Service Champ reserves the right to substitute brands and/or increase prices without prior notification

SALES TAX

  • Businesses located in California, Missouri and South Carolina are subject to sales tax on items not resold to consumers

SHIPPING

  • Place your order by 12:00 pm (in your time zone) and we will ship it same day.
  • Items out of stock are deleted and you should reorder with your next order
  • Freight is Pre-Paid for orders of $199.00 or more within the continental United States
  • AK/HI/International customers, please contact Customer Service for freight details
  • Drop-ship items may be shipped FOB from the Factory - ask Customer Service for details

RETURNS

  • All returns must be authorized in advance by Service Champ and assigned a Return Authorization Number
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in brand new re-sellable condition
  • Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus the return freight charge
  • Merchandise returned without advanced authorization from Service Champ will be subjected to a 40% restocking fee or a “return of goods with no-credit” issued

ORDER DISCREPANCIES

  • In order to receive proper credit for a shipment shortage, Service Champ needs the following information: part number, quantity difference between what was billed versus received, and the invoice number. Please notify us by phone, email support@installeredge.com, or visit http://upload.installeredge.com/helpdesk.html to report a shipment shortage.
  • Any shipping case that is visibly damaged must be noted and signed by the consignee on the carrier’s freight bill. In the case of damage, please follow the above procedure
  • Any discrepancies requiring a credit to your account must be received by Service Champ within 48 hours of receipt of order
  • Proof of Delivery (POD) requests must be made within 14 days of Invoice date

PRODUCT DEFECTS

  • If you have an alleged defective product(s) supplied by Service Champ, please contact customer service toll-free at 1-877-288-6334.
  • The alleged defective product must be available for return to the manufacturer for proper evaluation
  • Do not discard or return any defective merchandise without approval and issue of a Return Authorization Number.
  • To do so may result in a loss of credit for returned or damaged goods
